The National Rural Electric Cooperative Association (NRECA) is a national non-profit trade association representing the interests of more than 900 consumer-owned cooperative electric utilities serving over 40 million people located in 48 states. As part of its network, NRECA sponsors and administers a nationwide family of large employee benefit group health and retirement plans for employees of participating employers, including Defined Benefit Plans and Defined Contribution plans with nearly 3,000 individually designed plans. Summary of Position
We are looking for a strong customer service tech-savvy team member to serve programs related to Group and Retirement plan compliance. To engage and collaborate with departments across NRECA in the monitoring and management of Benefits Compliance Information Technology initiatives and projects. Serve as a technical resource to cooperatives and internal staff regarding Benefits compliance policies and procedures, systems, and data resources.
