Bill Carollo worked as an NFL official for 20 years, spending the last 12 years as a referee. Bill officiated in two Super Bowls and eight Conference Championship games in his career. He also served as director of the NFL Referees Association, the union representing officials, from 2001-2006. He is currently the coordinator of officials for Big Ten Conference football where he oversees all the officials. Early in his career, Bill officiated Big Ten football games for 10 years, was a basketball referee seven seasons, and worked as the official scorer for the Milwaukee Brewers.
