Deepa S. Menon’s practice focuses on the preparation and review of affirmative action plans for federal contractors. She also assists clients with OFCCP compliance reviews by preparing desk audit submissions and responding to OFCCP requests for information. Deepa’s experience includes preparing affirmative action plans, representing government contractors before the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), preparing for and defending OFCCP audits and onsite visits, responding to OFCCP information requests, evaluating compensation disparity claims, evaluating OFCCP jurisdictional claims, and training clients on various affirmative action and audit preparation topics.

Prior to joining Roffman Horvitz, Deepa worked as an associate at Littler Mendelson, where she focused on OFCCP compliance. Previously, she worked as a law fellow at Smith Currie & Hancock, where she researched Contract Disputes Act (CDA) litigation issues. She also gained valuable litigation experience as a judicial intern for Judge Mary Ellen Coster Williams of the U. S. Court of Federal Claims, where she researched and analyzed issues pertaining to government contracts law.

At George Washington University Law School, Deepa was a member of the moot court board, and she was a Chancellor's Ambassador and President’s Ambassador at Texas Tech University. She received several honors and awards during college and law school.
