Romke de Haan, Partner of Spreenkler, tells us about the rising demand for creative, high-tech jobs. The Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) projects a 21.7 percent employment growth for Web developers between 2010 and 2020, and also projects a 27.6 percent employment growth for software developers between 2010 and 2020, which is much faster than the average for all occupations. During that time period, about 143,800 jobs will need to be filled. With this need to fill creative technology jobs on the rise, this episode focuses on how one organization is aiming to produce a workforce that fits the bill.
