How you'll make an impact:

As a Sr Analyst, Consumer Advocacy, you will protect the customer and ensure agents are honest and ethical. You will be responsible for collecting and interpreting data to help SXM take actionable steps to understand and improve Inbound Call Center Compliance performance. You'll generate reports, communicate trends and address problems that may arise.

What you'll do:

  • Gather and analyze Outlier Agent Detection model data
  • Interpret gathered data
  • Submit reports to relevant departments and management
  • Find patterns and trends in the analyzed data
  • Help management and other teams meet business goals and needs of Compliance Program
  • Formulate procedural manuals & documentation based on analysis

What you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree in math, business administration, economics, computer science or another related discipline
  • At least one year of experience as an analyst (or something similar) in an established organization
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Must be an expert in excel including the ability to create pivot tables and graphs
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Report writing and presentation skills
  • Ability to work well on a team
  • Driven, independent worker
  • A passion for numbers and statistics
  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
