The Customer Service Representative supports customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints. They are the front line of support for clients and customers and they help ensure that customers are satisfied with products and services. Customer service duties and responsibilities include answering phone calls and emails, responding to customer questions and complaints, issuing work order tickets, and walking customers through basic processes.

  • Responsible for assisting customers in an efficient and courteous manner by resolving customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Administer the software database for general maintenance tracking by reviewing the system for requests, entering updates, performing data entry, and running reports as requested.
  • Maintain good customer relations and ensure that company and departmental procedures are followed.
  • Keep abreast of any changes in documentation requirements.
  • Prepare work orders to be dispatched to operational personnel using assigned software.
  • Maintain customer and vendor files and reports.
  • Type correspondence, assist with timekeeping and complete new hire/badging paperwork.
  • Attend training seminars
  • Order office and computer supplies.
  • Completes and maintains all Didlake required training.
