Supply Technician

Responsibilities

•  Individuals are to assist in receiving and inspecting incoming shipments by comparing items and quantities unloaded against bills of lading or other records. 
• Assisting with preparing and keeping records of goods received. 
• Must have basic computer skills and knowledge in the use of computer software to maintain computer logs and billings. 
• Communicates verbally with delivery personnel, laborers and all levels of officers within the department. 
• Enforce Parking and/or traffic regulations at loading dock. 

• Must be highly organized and have excellent communication skills.
• Position requires considerable walking, standing and sitting for long periods. 
• Work may be conducted outdoors (roof, balcony, courtyard, etc), weather permitting. 
• High school diploma is required. 
• Candidates must be well groomed, articulate, dependable, and be a team player.  
• Must be able to obtain a security clearance which requires US Citizenship.
