We are seeking a Manufacturing & Production Planning Manager to join our growing facility in Camden, Arkansas. This role will work with Camden Site Leadership and Program customers. The base shift time is 6:30am - 5:00pm (Monday - Thursday).

30% - Provides direction to subordinate supervisors/assemblers based on general policies and management guidelines.
20% - Plans and coordinates integrated schedules for personnel, material and facilities utilization.
15% - Provides assistance to subordinates in meeting schedules.
15% - Responsible for assigned department budgets.
10% - Interprets and executes policies that typically affect subordinate organizational groups.
10% - Coordinate work programs for shift operations.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline and seven (7) years of directly related experience or an equivalent combination of education and related experience. Experience in implementation of a manufacturing process improvement activity is desired.
Requires U.S. Citizenship or status as a U.S. Person. Must be able to satisfy federal government requirements for access to government information, and having dual citizenship may preclude you from being able to meet this requirement.
