TSC is seeking a Program Financial Analyst located in King George, VA This position supports ta new program at our Dahlgren TSC location.

Responsibilities:

This position requires a flexible individual with experience in defense contractor financial analysis.

• Track all contract costs and budgets, review invoices and perform purchase requestor duties.
• Request/Collect/Track and assemble all technical contract reports.
• Timecard verification and validation for assigned contracts.
• Run, validate and track Deltek Costpoint reports.
• Prepare, update, and maintain all contract spend plans.
• Review contract modifications for accuracy
• Review and track all travel authorizations and expense reports.
• Assist in Subcontractor management to include collecting monthly reports and approving invoices/allocation of funding.
• Oversee the accountability process for all Government Furnished Equipment (GFE)
• Prepare and upload data for the contractor's funds and man-hour expenditure reports into the Electronic Cost Reporting and Financial Tracking (eCRAFT) system. Review contractor's funds and man-hour expenditure report, contactor expenditure for labor, materials, travel, subcontractor usage, and other contract charges.
• Track all required training as directed by contract.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related major and a minimum of 7 years of financial project control in defense contracting OR high school diploma and 10-12 years of related experience

• Working knowledge of cross functional duties (accounting, contracts, program management) necessary to for effective program support
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret DoD Clearance
• U.S. Citizenship required
