Overview

BigBear.ai is looking for Readiness Assessment Consultant to provide independent analytic advice and contribute directly to efforts to develop, integrate and continually improve processes associated with the readiness assessment, its integration with related business management information, and its integration into existing management and decision-making processes.

This position is full time on a customer site in Maryland and requires a customer specifc polygraph


What you will do

Readiness is the objective measure of a team, organization, or group to achieve its mission goals. This includes assuring the team has the right people, with the right training, and with the proper experience. These are metrics continuously reevaluated as personnel and requirements change.


You'll work on a team that engages with these team to help streamline the Readiness process and make collection and reporting more efficient.


What you need to have

  • Four or more years of combined experience in: Readiness (objective measure of a team's ability to achieve mission requirements by having the appropriately trained staff and adqquate resources) and/or Capabilities and requirements analysis.
  • A Bachelor's Degree or higher degree is required. A Graduate or higher degree will be accepted in lieu of two (2) years of overall; OR a Bachelor's degree or higher in a Business related field, Program Management, or Systems Engineering will be accepted in lieu of two (2) years of overall experience.
  • Clearance: Must possess and maintain a TS with Polygraph Clearance
