Carnegie Mellon University's Office of the Vice President of Research is searching for a Federal Relations Assistant/Office Manager to join their team in the Washington, DC area. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in an interesting and challenging work environment. You will contribute to the department by providing support to the Federal Relations Director and ensuring smooth and consistent day to day operations of the office.
While the position requires administrative/office management duties, it affords the opportunity for personal growth. The position will entail daily interaction with federal offices and campus to support the Director in developing and implementing strategies and processes that support excellent service for, and relations with, both the federal government and university faculty and staff.
