BlueWater Federal is looking for Software Tester to support The U.S. Department of Transportation's (DOT) Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO).

This program will provide on-site support for the daily operations and maintenance of the DOT web platform on the Office of the Secretary of Transportation's Drupal Content Management System (CMS). Tasks also include the integration and development of new content and/or websites within the CMS and migration to Drupal 8 and/or possible adoption of a new CMS.

• Responsible for designing and testing software functionality and usability.
• Conduct tests, analyze the results, and report observations to the design team.
• Review software requirements and prepare test scenarios.
• Execute tests on software usability. Analyze test results on database impacts, errors or bugs, and usability.
• Prepare reports on all aspects related to the software testing carried out and reporting to the design team.
• Participate in design reviews and providing input on requirements, product design, and potential problems.

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related field.
• Must have an active Public Trust clearance
• 3+ years of software testing experience
• Must have a working knowledge of software and test design, the capability to run through tests, and the ability to analyze the results in an Agile environment.
• Knowledge of software test design and testing methodologies.
• Working knowledge of test techniques and compatibility with various software programs.
• Working knowledge of programming.
