Reingold, a social-impact marketing and communications firm in Alexandria, Virginia, is hiring an email marketing specialist to join our fast-paced digital marketing team.

Here's the Role

You can expect to do the following day to day:

• Play a crucial role in supporting and executing the digital marketing strategy for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
• Plan, design, and implement effective email marketing strategies to nurture contacts, increase open rates, increase click-through rates, and drive engagement.
• Build automated email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud's Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Email Studio, including tools such as Content Builder.
• Develop and execute A/B tests, develop strategies, and perform audience segmentation based on behavior insights to increase email performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members, including content creators, graphic designers, and outreach specialists, to create effective email marketing content.
• Identify opportunities to optimize our use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and ongoing process enhancements.
• Stay current with the latest industry trends, digital marketing tools, and best practices to ensure the effectiveness and competitiveness of our email marketing efforts.

• At least four years of relevant professional experience.
• Two or more years of experience with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud system and using email application tools to execute both tactical and strategic email campaigns.
• Proficiency with HTML and CSS and the ability to create and code using furnished content and assets.
• Demonstrable knowledge, skills, and experience with using Salesforce Marketing Cloud for message design, subscriber and data management, inbox delivery, and external integrations.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve basic Salesforce Marketing Cloud-specific issues.
• Experience working with customer relationship management software such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Familiarity with email compliance regulations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
