Service Strategy - Conduct a collaborative process to document analyses of operational impact with key service and support stakeholders. Aligning the analysis with the Product Management and R&D Product Release Goals and Strategy. Identifying threats and opportunities to successful roll out of Service Products.

  • Work with Support and Process Teams to translate gaps and needs from existing ITIL Service Values Streams into product and platform/tooling roadmap and requirements.
  • Collaborate with Segment and R&D on Platform Priorities by Release; which requirements and capabilities are delivered.
  • Translate market needs and technology capabilities into product and platform/tooling roadmap and requirements.
  • Align the inputs and outputs of the ITIL Service Value Streams between:
    • Strategy - How to meet the market needs.
    • Design - Determine the technical architecture to incorporate technologies, ensure SLA/SLT, determine lifecycle cost and modeling, address security threats, systems monitoring design, and business continuity.
    • Definition - Document design data types and flow, process, and procedures to operate and support the service, service transition approaches and implementation best practices and guardrails.
    • Description - How the customer will use the service and interaction points.
  • Prioritize service requirements and manage backlog as part of Service Review Board in partnership with PLRB
  • Manage NSI process in conjunction with NPI process.
  • Drive continuous review and design to drive speed into DevOps and SRE models based on the Service Roadmap.

Skills and Experience

  • Proficiency in leading both physical and virtual teams.
  • Experience in dealing with third party-provided services and technologies.
  • Exceptional customer-facing skills.
  • Mastery of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) principles.
  • Expertise in people management and leadership.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Readiness to demonstrate a proactive attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

PTC carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, which may include the background and experience of all applicants, which can cause your compensation to vary. PTC anticipates the salary range for this position to be between 100,000-110,000. The actual pay may be lower or higher depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary bonuses. Also, every PTC employee also has the opportunity to become a PTC shareholder, both through its stock grant programs or its employee share purchase program which allows employees to purchase PTC stock at a discount.
