The Manager of Patient Access at Suburban Hospital:
- Responsible for managing the front-end Registration and Bed Control functions (operational, financial and human resource management).
- Responsible for supervision and coordination of coverage for Registration and Bed Control.
- Ensure day to day registration activities are fully compliant with departmental and enterprise policies, federal/state regulations, and accreditation standards.
- Ensure that patient registrations are timely and accurate.
- Collaborate with Nursing Management, Physicians, Care Coordination, Patient Financial Services, and payers to ensure financial compliance.
- Act in the stead of the Director in his/her absence.

Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum five years' experience in physician or hospital Patient Registration
- At least two years in a supervisory capacity and/or training
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Health Administration or related field required
