Job Description

Overview: IntelliBridge is an award-winning national security company looking for a Program/Business Process Specialist to support our contract with Federal Client's Office of Private Sector. The candidate will map existing processes within the client's private sector engagement program and develop new ones as needed to support the implementation of the client's strategy. Clearance:

  • Top Secret with SCI Eligibility

Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Map existing processes and either alter them as needed or develop new processes to maximize the client's private sector engagement strategy.
  • Support administrative requirements as needed to help meet team goals.
  • Support membership and vetting, information sharing, and partner identification.
  • Support the strengthening of communication between the client and the private sector.
  • Support meetings and events as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience leading projects within cross functional team environments.
  • Proven experience with Business Process reengineering activities.
  • Demonstrated ability to streamline processes, improve access to information, and eliminate process waste to improve organizational productivity and decision making.
  • The ability to focus on the analysis and re-design/refinement of workflows and organizational processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to help organizations improve customer service and cut operational costs.
  • Strong oral and writing communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to one's individual work functions/responsibilities to address new role requirements.

  • Experience managing technical implementation of business transformation projects
  • Organizational change management

  • Data Gathering/Gap Analysis
  • Business Process Modeling Techniques and Tools
