As a key member of our team, you'll play an essential role in claims management, preparing legal policies, entity management, and process optimization. You will be responsible for the following:

  • Regularly update legal claims documentation.
  • Assist with claims and related reporting.
  • Perform research on legal issues
  • Handle disclosures in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Track legal bills and expenses.
  • Prepare responses to responsibility questionnaires and corporate disclosures
  • Organize corporate entities within the organization.
  • Assist with insurance-related tasks.
  • Collaborate with insurance providers.
  • Create and enhance legal presentations.
  • Ensure clarity and accuracy of content.
  • Assist in updating and drafting legal policies
  • Streamline approval processes for legal documents.
  • Monitor risk management compliance and maintain a risk register.
  • Assist with Mmanageing professional and corporate licenses for all NASA operating entities.
  • Assist with handling board resolutions and authorized signatories.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • 3-7 years of experience as a Paralegal
  • Architecture/engineeringconstruction industry experience preferred
  • Technologically proficient
  • Adept in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Proficient in learning new software
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Outgoing and personable
  • Comfortable presenting before management
  • Must be a team player
  • Willing to take initiative and be a self-starter

Salary Range: $67,000 - $87,000

Benefits: 401k, medical, dental and vision insurance, STD/LTD disability, holiday, PTO, parental leave and company paid life insurance

Multiple factors such as location, qualifications, overall experience and position responsibilities will be used to determine the successful candidate's actual salary within the expected range.
