Atlas Technologies, a rapidly expanding company supporting the US Military and other Government entities, is seeking a passionate, flexible, highly motivated team player to join our group of Information Technology professionals. We are actively seeking an accomplished Senior Technical Project Manager with to lead and oversee our organization's PeopleSoft-related initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in planning, executing, and ensuring the success of PeopleSoft programs, aligning them with organizational goals. Ability to work remotely from the following locations: CA, CT, DC, FL, GA, LA, MD, NC, OR, RI, SC, VA, WV.

Salary Range: $165,000 - $210,000

Travel up to 10%

You Will:

  • Develop comprehensive program plans and strategies for PeopleSoft-related initiatives, considering organizational objectives and stakeholder requirements.
  • Align PeopleSoft programs with the overall business strategy to maximize impact.
  • Provide leadership and oversight to PeopleSoft projects within the program portfolio, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Collaborate with project managers to set clear objectives and milestones for PeopleSoft initiatives.
  • Engage with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and end-users, to understand their requirements and expectations related to PeopleSoft programs.
  • Foster strong relationships to ensure alignment and support for PeopleSoft initiatives.
  • Identify and assess risks associated with PeopleSoft programs, developing mitigation strategies to minimize potential impact.
  • Proactively address issues and challenges that may arise during the course of PeopleSoft projects.
  • Allocate resources effectively to support PeopleSoft programs, including personnel, technology, and financial resources.
  • Develop and manage budgets for PeopleSoft initiatives, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance.
  • Implement quality assurance processes to monitor and assess the effectiveness of PeopleSoft programs.
  • Ensure that PeopleSoft solutions meet high standards of performance, security, and user satisfaction.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on the progress, challenges, and achievements of PeopleSoft programs.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, ensuring transparency and clarity.

You Have:

  • Must be a United States Citizen.
  • Must possess and maintain at least a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Level Security Clearance.
  • Security+ Certificate
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Program Manager.
  • Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
  • Minimum of 15 years of hands-on experience as a Program Manager.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and delivering software development programs within complex organizational structures.
  • Previous experience in managing large-scale software implementations or upgrades is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
