About the role:

The Business Development Representative IV demonstrates proficiency as a Solution selling expert, maintaining executive relationships with vendor and customer. Responsible for the complete sales cycle with an aim to maximizing revenue, Net Gross Profits and Customer satisfaction by developing deep relationships with key people in the supplier organization & partners. This role incorporates the vendor's full line card as well as TD SYNNEX offerings. This role requires strong business and financial acumen, leadership skills, and effective communication and influencing abilities.

What You'll do:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues.

  • Identify new partnership opportunities by researching the market and staying updated on industry trends and customer needs.

  • Collaborate with vendors to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive business growth.

  • Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive results.

  • Continuously explore and develop new strategies and approaches to uncover business opportunities.

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to identify potential areas for growth.

  • Utilize a solution selling approach, incorporating the vendor's full line card as well as TD SYNNEX offerings.

  • Provide comprehensive solutions to customers by leveraging the combined strengths of the vendor and TD SYNNEX.

  • Foster and maintain executive-level relationships with the vendor.

  • Collaborate with vendor executives to align strategies, discuss business opportunities, and strengthen partnerships.

  • Effectively communicate with internal executives to provide updates on vendor activities, discuss strategies, and align objectives.

  • Attend industry specific business trainings from vendors .

  • Seen as lead for peer development, training, & coaching; lead on complex issues

  • Strong business & financial acumen, leadership skills, communication/influencing abilities

What We're Looking or:

  • >8+ years of relevant experience required

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in sales preferred

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.Able to use common office equipment.

  • Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Able to demonstrate complex problem solving, critical thinking, and decision-making.

  • Understand, communicate, and collaborate effectively with people across various identities.

  • Able to negotiate skillfully and promote/sell ideas persuasively.

  • Able to create and conduct formal presentations.

  • Able to interact effectively with higher levels of management (managers & above)

  • Possesses strong leadership skills with a willingness to lead, create new ideas, and be assertive.

  • Able to collaborate and build solid, effective working relationships with others.

  • Able to effectively multi-task.

  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

  • Able to maintain and promote social, ethical, and organizational standards in conducting internal and external business activities.

  • Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.

  • Able to adjust readily to change and adapt as needed.

  • Able to quickly learn/adapt to new systems and technology.
