Global Alliances - Sales Partner Lead
Reporting to: Bill Schulze - VP, Partnerships & Alliances
Location: US - Region flexible but should be near major JLL offices

About JLLT Global Alliances:
We are a business development and sales group who oversee the most important and critical 3rd party relationships for JLLT. We are a client organization at service to JLLT Revenue, Client Growth and Product teams. We participate in the division's strategy creation and evangelise that strategy to external partners. We plan, develop, and hunt for new revenue-generating opportunities by engaging with key accounts for the purposes of exploring joint product, channel, and commercial arrangements. We leverage the products and services of 3rd party partners with which we have commercial relationships including the solution offerings from the start-up companies invested in through the JLL Spark Fund along with those created by the JLLT product organization.

The Job:
This is a sales and operational management role responsible for driving revenue across one of our major partner categories. Our category mix are IWMS partners; Spark Portfolio companies, and other 3rd party partners (primarily related to our Corrigo and Building Engines platforms). You will support the monetization efforts for our most important partners across one of these categories depending on the best match of your capabilities and the needs of the specific category. You will need to interface with multiple stakeholders within JLL Technologies and the broader JLL. The role requires sharp intellect, sound knowledge and an engaging personality aligned with our JLLT core values. This is a team sport, and you will be aligning with colleagues across the globe to deliver go-to-market success. Creativity in solutioning is a must!

Responsibilities and Deliverables:
Support the channel partnership strategies formed by Alliances and Sr. Sales Leadership.
Help manage the 3rd party product sales pipelines; accessible by both JLLT and Partner.
Perform relationship mapping and communication between JLLT and partner; ensuring each JLLT team knows their partner counterpart.
Drive alignment of all necessary JLLT sales and delivery stakeholders.
Manage day-to-day sales and delivery items as they arise.
Work closely with Alliances team leadership to discuss partnership updates and pass along escalation issues.
Manage monthly and annual internal alignment on 3rd party product sales targets, plans, and positioning by region.
Own the inbound and outbound lead partner process in conjunction with the JLLT BDR group and track in salesforce all entries relative to pipeline management to ensure data integrity.
Collaborate with the Revenue Operations team to assist with the execution of joint JLLT and partner GTM sales strategies.
This is a revenue role. Success will be clearly articulated, measured, and owned.

Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in strategic sales, business development and/or sales management.
You have demonstrable experience working on complex projects and business relationships with cross-functional collaboration in the technology sector.
You are experienced working in Salesforce for lead management, account and opportunity tracking, and report generation.
You are familiar with the commercial real estate industry or have extreme passion for this market and are willing to put the time in to become fluent. [HUGE PLUS if you already have 3+ years of experience in key areas within commercial real estate, such as - property management; capital planning; occupancy planning; leasing and administration; and/or data and business intelligence.]
You have a startup growth mindset and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment but have the seasoned polish necessary to interface with senior management at large technology companies.
You are direct and prepared to make informed, independent decisions.
You can effectively measure and report on your activities and the impact they have on JLLT and partner revenue.
You use creativity and excellent judgment to find innovative ways to get the job done.
You are excited to be a part of a global partnering team, are highly approachable by everyone, and can represent our organization in a way that leaves lasting impressions.
You have a bachelors or masters degree in a related field.
