The purpose of this role is to implement the Alzheimer's Association's program delivery and growth strategy to reach more people with volunteer delivered programs, especially in new, underrepresented and rural communities. The Manager is responsible for identifying, recruiting, engaging and growing volunteers and community partners while meeting Association best practices

This position will develop and lead the cycling fundraising initiative for the Association. This will include the strategy, recruitment, ride details, coaching and training program for the nationwide cycling program. This also includes all training, materials, plans and resources needed for staff, volunteers and participants. The Director position is remote/work from home
